these are my favorite tooth brush.  i have multiple heads for them so i ordered more inbrushes to make sure i didn't run out

I really like this product however I am having great difficulty in getting replacement heads. I have tried all my local chemists and supermarkets but no one stocks them. It is a real pity that the product is let down by this. Much as I like it I will not buy another due to this problem getting the replacement heads.

Always been a user of your power brushes and found this 360 to be great at first. Thankful I looked on here and realized I had fellow citizen frustrated brushes.

I guess they had a defective line of 360 brushes

I bought mine about 3 weeks ago and it really made a difference to me but unfortunately died yesterday. I switched out the old batteries only finding out that it would never turn on ever again :( Very disappointing knowing that I invested money into this.

Great toothbrush, bad lifetime

I bought this product 3 months ago when I got my braces, it worked very well, my teeth looked amazing each day,very white and much cleaner then when I used a normal toothbrush. Sadly, after waking up yesterday morning to find it stopped working , at first I thought it was the battery's but it wasn't the case, I tried everything. Very disapointed it broke in just 3 months, was such a good product.

Broke quickly

Bought the toothbrush in DEC. Its quiet and super effective. I am up late every night recovering the house after my twin 18 month old boys go thru it. Now less than 3 months it died. New battery no change. Can't return it. Who keeps a receipt for a store not in their state?.what do i do? Buy another and it fail?

I was only able to brush my teeth literally twice before it stopped working and replacing batteries didn't help.

Extremely disappointing

My wife and i were pretty happy to get those Colgate 360, but we're trying to get heads replacement (soft) and we got a hard time to find them although other brands are available everywhere. Today i checked online to see if i can get some, and i discover that the set of 2 is more expensive than the price of two new toothbrushes Colgate 360. So first, it is really annoying, and second i though Colgate was kinda eco friendly.

We hsve gone thru 2 spin brush toothbrushes in the last 6 months!! Our 9 year old son loves the spin brushes but after buying this one we will NOT waste our money on thid product no more!!! Changed batteries to see if that was the problem in the firsg one, it quit workin. Bought 2nd it didnt even last a month!!!

PURE JUNK!!

I'm so disappointed with this product. I wanted to buy an electric toothbrush and thought this would be a great value investment. When I got it out of its packaging, I noticed the poor design meant it couldn't even stand up on its own for being top heavy with a disproportionate and small base. When I use the toothbrush it also leaks from the back- it's extremely irritating and very messy. Toothpaste dribbles out from the gap in the back and goes everywhere; all over my hands and the floor. I won't be buying this product again.
