No - It says words for A, and B only (ie; A is for Apple, B is for Ball) and plays a musical tune without words.

It does not. When you push the ABC button, it will say, 'A is for apple' then it will blink and play music to all the buttons. It only goes as far as C, the number buttons go to 3. I love it. Can't wait for my 7 month old niece to try it out.

No, there is just music. I was hoping it would sing ABC's, but it does not. I still like this though.

No this will not be to babyish, music in any toy for babies and toddlers is always a learning growth. At 2yrs most babies have develop the understanding to explore toys and she should be able to do that on her own and play with the toy more and develop music beat, she will shake her body, clap, or move head, this is a large motor growth. She will enjoy it.

Yes a two year old would think it is not engaging enough, in my opinion.

I think it will be babyish. It's better to give her something she can play with, like a little piano or a doll that sings.

Bought this for my 1 year old granddaughter. It's very basic, a normal lights and sound toy for her age group. Everybody thinks they need a high tech gadget for their children, but this is the perfect toy for a 1 year old.
