Great question, rmichael! Both taupe and mauve can be found in the 50 ct. pack of colored pencils. We hope this helps!

Both Taupe and Mauve are included in the 50-pencil set.

They will not erase completely. Much of the color will come off, allowing you to put another colore over top....BUT that second color WILL most likely show through somewhat, and/or combine with the new color to make a third color.

If you want to be able to erase completely, you will have to buy the Erasable Crayolas.

I went to the Crayola site, and I don&#39;t see those colors on the standard 50 ct, but I believe I saw Mauve on the 50 ct long. If you go to the Crayola site, you can look up various product, and among the product views are a shot of the box back with a color chart. Cursor over the chart and it will zoom so you can see which colors are in which pack

Great question. Unfortunately, standard Crayola Colored Pencils are not erasable. We hope this helps!

I see that Crayola answered you previously that this product is not erasable, you may have missed that. This product is not erasable tho it is very blendable, made non-toxic and from re-forested trees- Ya Gotta love Crayola!!! Crayola makes a good range of erasable pencils, all of which are carried by Walmart, or available on walmart.com

Dude, it&#39;s Crayola. I have crayola pencil and crayon things from 20 yrs ago (my son) and 40 yrs ago (myself) that have not at all faded so I think it&#39;s a pretty safe bet lightfastness is not an issue here. The Colored Pencil Society of America has a list of items acceptable and tested for international exhibition, and Crayola pencils are on the list for lightfastness: http://cpsa.org/index.php/?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=147

Superv at Walmart

I love colored pencils. It is my No 1 preferred way to color. They are excellent for the adult coloring books and Crayola is the only brand I use because the others are just inferior. This package had so many colors, including gold, and silver, which I thought was great.

Crayola it's just the best

I bought several adult coloring books. I wanted to give them more colors than 24 so this is a good amount. I bought 100 for another person I think will do it more often. I am glad there are different quantities and I am pleased that online shows what to expect from the colors in each.

I am happy with this amount.

I love the bright colors of these pencils.  I also have a set of 35 that I purchased prior to these.  The problem is that the leads are constantly breaking.  I've had them about a week, and with daily use, due to breakage, some of them are getting very short.  This happens in both sets, and the strange thing is that certain colors tend to break more often than others.

some of the color leads break off when I sharpen them. The wood is too dense and cracks when trying to sharpen with ekectric sharpener.  Recommend buying wood od equal density softer than you presently have in production.

Ordered colored pencils for an young elementary age child. Walmart sent Melatonin 🤦‍♀️ of course it was everyone but the stores fault too. Even sending a child medication that could harm them. Thankfully mom knew something was wrong and opened it first. 
Typically these colored pencils are awesome but can't review something I don't have.

I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning the item even though it was missing one pencil. I still have the item never gave it as a gift because of this. When things like this have happened before I have to take my time. Return or cancel the item reorder. Wait for the replacement to show up and it's just wasn't worth it. I just want to say before you pack. An order or deliver it, make sure everything. Is there something very basic and not expensive? But time consuming and a waste of a birthday present.

I was very disappointed, the way they arrived. The box was squished flat %26 some was broken.

Package came ripped up. Pencils where broken or looked like they have been used!
