This product was received through the Play Rate Review program and this little fire station is a necessary addition to any little one's HotWheels collection. Normally toys are played with for a few days and then quickly lose my child's attention. This toy continues to be in heavy rotation. It fits with the HotWheels tracks with multiple connection spots and the features are great. My little one LOVED the bell and the spinning fire pole. Soooo cute!!! My grandson absolutely loves this toy!

Great toy

My four year old has a fascination with fire trucks and fire poles lately, so I knew he'd be thrilled to open the box on this toy. Sure enough, he was very excited to see it! I appreciated that the packaging was easy to open and didn't require scissors or have tight plastic that could slice me. It's an easy punch-out cardboard bottom and a simple plastic screw. 

At first I wasn't able to determine exactly how the features on this toy worked (what the yellow button did), but after a few minutes of play, the kids quickly discovered that it makes the car spin down on the pole when you have it up at the top. They absolutely loved that! It's also nice that this fire station attaches easily to other Hot Wheels tracks. The kids decided to build a whole city to put their fire station in, using some older tracks, and it fit perfectly. The set seems fairly durable. My 4 year old was rough on it, and the blue "water" gate popped off once, but it was easy to snap back into place.

Overall, this kept my kids' attention and gave them lots of imaginative play time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Excellent for imaginitive playtime

We received this fire station spin out set for my five year old son.  He was very excited to test and review this product!  He took the job quite seriously. Ha! He said his favorite part of the set was the vibrant fire truck.  It looks extra tricked out and he said it was really cool.  He showed it off to several people.  you can drive the vehicle onto a little platform and it twirls up and down similar to how you'd expect a fireman to slide down the pole at the fire station. This set is pretty cute and makes a nice gift for a kid who may already have some hot wheels sets as it connects to the track.  I would recommend this set to any hot wheels fan! Great addition to a Hot Wheels city

My youngest son loves Hot Wheels and was super excited to see this new play set. His dad used to be a volunteer fire fighter so he really thought this set was cool. I love that it is ready to play with without having to put it together and the way it is packaged make it so easy to take out versus spending a long time trying to get the toy out! My son loves that it comes with a Hot Wheels car and that this set can connect to other Hot Wheels playsets and also his orange tracks that he already had. Fun!!

My boys like the bell and the spinning ramp but they wish it could interact more through the tracks. It would be cool if there was a way in and out of the spinner at the top too so you could hook in ramps or something. It would also be better if it came with a fire themed vehicle. if feels like it's younger than advertised. Well made and high quality, just limited fun. Cute set, not amazing

My boys loved getting a fire station building to add to the city. It has a nice look and some nice features like the plastic bell, the fire hydrant and the two exit doors.

The spinout action is fun but I felt the action was not enough to hold the child's interest as with  other buildings like the police set.

The hotrod fire truck was "cool" but also "different" to a five year old.

It's great that it can connect to other Hot wheels roads and track. My sons connected it to a hot wheel loop. They have enjoyed it and like it even if it is not their favorite city building. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Nice idea but not as fun as other city buildings

The downtown fire station spinout is a cute addition to the City series. The age recommendation is 4 to 8 I found it was more between the 4 to 5 range. I like that it isn't huge and doesn't take up a ton of room since all our toys end up in the car. There also isn't any small pieces which is a plus. Cute Fire Helmet Design

My kids really liked this addition to our set. The fire house is such a fun idea but it could use a better locking mechanism to hold the car up at the top. You have to really pull up on it to lock it into place rather than it locking when you get to the top. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
