My family and I are huge fans of the entire line of Contigo products (although a bit pricey) My always go to for style, shape, and sizes are always the Huron Travel Mugs. I take one with me anywhere and everywhere I go from shopping or walking to traveling or just to visit family or friends. I would swear to anyone on this product #1 for how long a drink would stay cold. I was amazed to make a 12-14 hour trip/drive out west and just couldn't believe that my drink was still cold and not only cold but still had ice left, this was very impressive to me and my then finance'! HOWEVER...after the last 4-6 mugs purchased I'm very disappointed that my drinks don't stay cold (and with ice) for more than 3-4 hours, (and seals are falling out of the lids) (I do not use a dishwasher I only hand wash) I'm always wasting due to having to dump out my water logged beverage every few hours. I don't know what to think, but that I am sadly disappointed in this product today. Its like your materials for your product changed drastically. As you can see in the photo I have stood by your product for sometime. The products in the picture is just a few of only "MY" collection, I'm missing about 6 mugs mysteriously. The tall blue beat up mug was my very first one purchased and is over 5 yrs old and keeps cold/hot since the first day it was bought. Because I have been an extended customer to you and your products for a very long time I'm still going to stand by your products and because I'm a firm believer that everything has a hiccup from time to time and things do fall short of perfect so in my opinion your products are going to get the full 5*..However if my problems persist I'll be dropping the rating and will cheat searching for another product similar to yours and for much cheaper of a price.

I love its stainless inside that way it keeps your drink cold for hours after pouring it in. It also keeps your drink hot for a long period of time also. I love the flip top for ease of drinking without spilling out when not drinking. It also holds quite a bit in it. The seal is really nice also and does not leak. All in all this is a great cup and I will be buying more of these in the future. I highly recommend trying this out if you need something to keep your drink cold or hot for long periods of time it does a great job and it such a great product.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this travel mug. I take it to work with me. Since is Ork long shifts sometimes this is perfect. I wanted this for a reason. It stays hot where I work so I wanted a cup that would keep my beverage cold for an extended period of time and this fits my needs perfectly and I love it. I also love the color of it the marble is awesome. I also love that it doesn't leak when knocked over cuz that has happened a few times.

Love this water bottle!

I was extremely surprised to receive a brand new Contigo mug (which I found out was the wrong size - 16 oz - when I put them side by side, but that was my own fault, I thought mine was smaller than it was - 20 oz- ). I was expecting information on where to buy a replacement lid for the rubber part that went missing after hand washing it, but instead, I was given a brand new mug in the same style. I own 6 Contigo products and only had an issue with this one, it's not a lie when it says lifetime warranty! Thank you for your excellent customer service and amazing products!

Awesome water bottle!

I loved everything thing about my Contigo travel mug , so much so I bought two of them. It works very well at keeping beverages continuously hot as well cold.! The only design flaw is it could use tacky rubber base for traction on your table surface.

Ergonomic durable travel mug finally arrives!

I purchased this cup maybe a week ago and I just love it.  I'm out of the house for 12 hrs a day and Dunkin' Donuts gets a lot of my money with this I save so much. I make my tea at 5 am by 9 am it's still piping hot. Told my cousin about it now he wants one. No spills no leaks just perfect

Great Cup

The lid rings are trash. I can't even use mine any more. Been fighting with it for a while and it has finally left. So I guess but a new kid or buy a new mug but it won't be this type

Keeps coffee hot however….

I love how the coffee stays hot! Like so hot.  But hate it when the seal leaks and burns my skin, face, or destroys my clothing and car interior.  Fix the seal problem.

Seal keeps stretching

I've had my cups for just about 4 months and have had to throw away 2 lids. The ring comes out and leaks everywhere and there area no replacement lids! Waste of money!
