Used twice a day but expected the battery to last longer. I'm disappointed with the performance and would be reluctant to buy another.

Poor battery life

I bought this toothbrush as a replacement for one that belonged to my 3-year-old grandson, since I couldn't get the OLD one to work with NEW batteries. Sad to say, this NEW toothbrush has now DIED after less than 2 MONTHS of use!! And, guess what? The SAME problem with not accepting NEW batteries! Never again, Colgate! I am extremely disappointed and disheartened by this, as I expect better from your company.

Incredibly POOR product!

I have been using this same type of spin head battery-operated toothbrush for years for me and my grandson. this Batman that I bought recently does not spin much. yes I put in new batteries and it still spins very slowly. this is about the 10th one I've bought and the first time I have trouble. so I do not know if to recommend this product or not. last week I would have given you five stars. today, not so much.

batman toothbrush NOT good.

This product is poor. We bought it for our boy who at 4 loved Batman. It went in a month. Tried to change the batteries and couldn't get it to work again. Read the reviews and it seems this happens all the time.

I would not waste my money

We purchased this toothbrush for my four-year-old and have used product similar to this in the past. Unfortunately within a couple weeks of use, a whole chunk of bristles fell out while my son wasn't brushing. Total safety hazard! Not sure if he's swallowed any....but I wouldn't recommend this product at all!

Bristles fall out!

Bought this the other day from grocery store in Texas that always supplies great products. This toothbrush did not work properly out of the package. Button to turn on wouldn't keep the brush on. Sounded like dead batteries. Changed the batteries but it's still doing the same thing. It's sad that the only reviews are bc it doesn't work.

I agree with the previous review. Have been buying the same type of battery operated toothbrush for years and never had any issues. However I purchased two of the Batman ones and while one works, the other one barely spins. It is not an issue of the batteries.
